Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant. 2.

Perused the application and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 02-01-2018, passed by the Commissioner for Employees Compensation and Judge Second Labour Court, Dhule in WCA No. 02 of 2014, on condition that applicant/ appellant deposits the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondent/original claimant to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law. 4.
