Heard learned counsel for applicant-appellant. 2.

Perused the application and other relevant documents. 3.

There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 17-02-2017, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Amalner, in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 43 of 2012, on condition that applicant/appellant deposits the entire amount of compensation pursuant to award along with accrued interest thereon in this court within a period of six weeks from today. Failure to which, the stay granted shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court with liberty to the respondents/original claimants to avail the recourse of law for execution of the award within ambit of law.
