It is submitted that the petitioners had made an application for regularization of their encroachment on the Government gairan land. The Tahasildar has forwarded the said proposal to Sub Divisional Officer (Page No.59).

It is further submitted that no decision has been taken on it as yet.

In case, the proposal of petitioners seeking regularization of their encroachment on gairan land (Page No.59) is pending with the authority, then the authority shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law

(2) 18-wp-5348-2018 and preferably within a period of six (06) months. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
