Civil Application No. 14548 of 2022 is for intervention. The applicant claims that the interim order passed in the writ petition is operating to his detriment and prejudice. 2.

Mr. Barlinge, learned advocate for the writ petitioner does not oppose the prayer for intervention.

The application for intervention is allowed. No costs. 4.

The applicant shall be impleaded as respondent no.5 in the writ petition. Cause title of the writ petition be amended in course of the week. Copy of the amended writ petition be served on the learned advocate on record for the added respondent/respondent no.5 by Monday next.

The writ petition be listed on 7th December, 2022 before the appropriate Bench, subject to convenience of Their Lordships.

Mr. Dighe, learned advocate for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that in view of certain subsequent developments, the need to file an additional reply affidavit has arisen. He seeks leave to file to file such additional reply affidavit within a week. 7.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted.

Copy of the additional reply affidavit be filed within a week and be served on the learned advocate on record for the petitioner.
