Heard Mr. Bilolikar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Jagatkar, learned APP for the State. 2.

This application is filed under section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code for regular bail in connection with Crime No.203/2016, registered with Mukramabad Police Station, Taluka Mukhed, Dist. Nanded for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 504, 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

One Baswant Ganpatrao Jinkalwad, lodged a 1/3

complaint with Mukramabad Police Station alleging that daughter of one Babu namely Chandrakala has married with Vishwambar Ingale. Since marriage, there were petty quarrels between Chandrakala and her brotherin-law Chetan and sister-in-law namely Sangita. Therefore, the complainant, alongwith other persons went to village Hanral Tq. Mukhed for settling the dispute on 04.12.2016. It is alleged that when the complainant and other persons reached the village and asked Chandrakala and her brother-in-laws about the dispute, at that time, at about 7.30 p.m., Sangita came there and started quarrel. After hearing the same, Datta Ingale came towards the complainant by holding stone in his hand, threatened the complainant. It is further alleged that one Dnyaneshwar Ingle assaulted the complainant by means of knife. On the basis of complaint, the aforesaid crime is registered against the applicants and other accused Dnyaneshwar. 4.

From the contents of the first information report, it appears that allegation against applicant No.1 is about giving abuse and threats. Allegation against applicant No.2 is also in the same nature. Main allegation as to the assault by means of knife is against another accused Dnaneshwar Ingale. 2/3

Considering the nature of accusation against the present applicants, I am of the opinion that the applicants are entitled for bail. Hence following order:

O R D E R

i.

The applicants shall be released on bail on their furnishing personal bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) each, with one solvent surety of like amount.

ii. The applicant shall not tamper with prosecution evidence in any manner.

Criminal application is disposed of.
