This is an application for condonation of delay. However, considering the office note which indicates that the benefit of Covid lock-down period has been extended, there would be no delay caused in filing the appeal. This application, therefore, is disposed off. Criminal Appeal No. 191 of 2021 02.

The Appellant has suffered conviction, by Judgment dated 15.12.2020 delivered by the learned Sessions Judge, Latur in SG Punde, PA

909APPLN1184.2021 -2Sessions Case No. 50 of 2019, for having committed an offence punishable u/s 302 of the IPC. He has been sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life.

In view of the above, this appeal is Admitted. The learned Prosecutor waives service of notice for admission on behalf of the respondent. We request the learned Sessions Judge, Latur to prepare the appeal paper-book in Sessions Case No. 50 of 2019 decided on 15.12.2020, on or before 31st August, 2021. The said appeal paper-book along with the original R&P and muddemal property be transmitted to this Court by 30th September, 2021. 04.

The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that the Criminal Application seeking suspension of sentence and grant of bail would be pressed after the R&P is received.
