Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ahmedpur, Dist. Latur to decide the proceeding in R.C.C. No. 30/2011 at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from passing order of this Hon'ble Court.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that R.C.C. No.30/2011 is pending since the year 2011. Though witnesses are examined and only one witness is remained to be examined, the case is not proceeded from last 7-8 months.
