A limited relief is sought by Respondent no.3 to appear before the Education Offcer with the record in respect of the applicant's service book and also for obtaining signature of the applicant and the authorities on documents for completing the pension papers of the applicant.

The Head Mistress shall appear before the Education Offcer with all the relevant documents on 13th August, 2021, on which date the applicant shall also appear. The Education Offcer

In case, any other documents are necessary, the same can be called by the Education Offcer from the applicant or any other person in whose custody the same may be.
