We have heard Mr. Lute the learned counsel for the petitioners. The respondent No. 2 has filed the affidavit. Para 4 of the affidavit reads thus :- "4. The deponent humbly submits that this Hon'ble Court that, that the land owner given consent for private negotiation as per the private negation the Award is made on 13.03.2018 and demand also made as per the Award Dated 13.03.2018 to the deputy collector (EGS) Jalna on 28.03.2018. The copy of demand dated 28.03.2018 along with Award dated 13.03.2018 made by the by the present respondent are annexed herewith and marked as R-1 Colly."

It appears that the award is already made on 13.03.2018. The demand is also made to the Deputy Collector (EGS) Jalna, on 28.03.2018. The compensation is not paid as yet. 1/2

The respondent shall pay the compensation amount to the petitioner as per the award within a period of 4 months. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
