PER COURT :- When the present petition is taken up for hearing, it is revealed that the present petitioners have already filed an application seeking recall of the order dated 13.12.2017, and the same has not yet been decided by the School Tribunal. The subsequent order passed by the School Tribunal is arising out of the said application, which is still pending for consideration. In the circumstances, present Writ Petition is disposed of with direction that the learned School Tribunal shall decide the application dated 04.01.2018, filed by the present petitioners, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
