O R D E R

Present appeal has been filed by the original claimant for enhancement in the compensation. Appellant - Hemchand Devchand Kakas is present. Mr. S. B. Rajebhosale, learned Advocate for the appellant is present. Mr. Basarkar, learned Advocate for respondent No.3 - Insurance Company to whom the authority has been given is present. Learned Advocate Mr. Basarkar has tendered authority letter issued by the Insurance Company, which is taken on record.

The parties have arrived at a compromise and the terms of settlement has been given. The respondent No.3 has agreed for an additional amount of compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- to be paid to the original claimant and in

915-fa-1656-2017 view of the same, the terms of compromise are accordingly settled. The compromise terms are marked as Exhibit-A.

Under such circumstance, the First Appeal stand disposed of in terms of compromise Exhibit-A.

Award be drawn up in terms of compromise Exhibit-A. 5.

After the amount is deposited with the Tribunal, the appellant - original claimant is allowed to withdraw the same. 6.

In view of the compromise Exhibit-A, Court fees be refunded as per rules.
