The grievance of the petitioner is that, the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2016. The petitioner is selected for the job, but she is not being issued the appointment order only on the ground that, the validation proceeding is pending. The learned Counsel submits that, the respondent no.2 - Committee be directed to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously. 2.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

In case the validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the Gajanan

same on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent no.2 - Committee on 02-08-2021.
