These contempt petitions are filed on the ground that, orders passed by this Court on 13 th February, 2014 are not complied.

Mr. More, the learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 submits that, at their end they have forwarded the proposal to the Government for sanctioning and releasing the arrears of salary as per the pay scale as detailed in the order dated 22 nd December, 2014 itself.

The Zilla Parishad has forwarded the proposal in respect of these petitioners to the Government i.e. the School Education and Sports Department on 04 th April, 2014. Communication was received to give the details about the monetary burden for releasing the payment as per the said pay scale. The Zilla Parishad has also forwarded the same to the Government and it is for the Government to take decision. The Government shall decide the proposal (Page.34) expeditiously and preferably within four (4) months. On the decision being taken by the Government, Zilla Parishad shall within one month thereafter release the payment to the petitioner. The Zilla Parishad upon receiving sanction shall release the amount to petitioners. The contempt petitions as such stand disposed of.
