Having heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, it is noted that the petitioner is working in Public Works Department as a Junior Engineer and drawing substantial salary. 2.

In the above background, the order of maintenance directing payment of Rs.1,000/- per month to each of the respondents, in my opinion, does not call for any interference in extraordinary jurisdiction. 3.
