The petitioner/society is aggrieved by the order of the Deputy Commissioner (Supplies), Aurangabad dated 16/03/2019. The petitioner has a statutory remedy of challenging the said order before the Hon'ble Minister (Food and Supplies), State of Maharashtra. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to avail of the statutory remedy. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 24/04/2019 till the passing of this order, shall be a good ground for seeking condonation of delay, if any.
