DATE : 14th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER By the present application, the applicant - wife seeks transfer of proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No.40 of 2016 from the Court of 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Buldhana to the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Kandhar.

None present on behalf of the respondent though duly served. 3.

The prayer for transfer as such is considered based on the pleadings raised in the application. The averments made in the application are not controverted.

Considering the hardship and convenience of the applicant-wife, particularly having regard to the distance between Kandhar and Buldhana which is around 225 Kms., in my opinion, it will be appropriate to allow the application and same accordingly stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
