Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition and prayed for direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to dispose of the sessions case within a period of six months.

Leave granted as aforesaid. Application is disposed of as withdrawn. The learned Additional Sessions Judge Basmath District Hingoli to dispose of the Sessions Trial No. 27/2015 within a period of
