This is an application for suspension of sentence and granting bail to the applicants.

By judgment and order dated 15th July, 2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, 3rd Court, Nanded in Regular Criminal Case No.197 of 2012, the applicants are convicted and sentenced to suffer simple imprisonment for one year with fine. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). During pendency of the criminal revision application, the execution of sentence awarded to these applicants is suspended and the applicants be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- each with surety of the like amount by each of them. The bail bond shall be furnished before the Trial Court.
