On perusal of the record and proceedings, it appears that the learned Advocate has filed C.A.No.8138/2012 seeking permission to serve L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.2. The office note filed on record clearly indicates that L.Rs. of deceased respondent no.2 are already served and Advocate Shri.S.S.Bhise filed V.P. on 08.05.2015 on behalf of respondent nos.2/2 to 2/7. In view of the above fact, C.A. filed by the appellant has become redundant and therefore, no decision is required to be given on merits regarding such C.A. Accordingly, C.A.stamp NO.14433/2015 does not survive and stands disposed of accordingly.
