In all applications filed for withdrawal of amount, the learned Advocate for the applicants has produced on record the order dated 21/06/2021 in FA No.3688 of 2019, wherein the applicant is permitted to withdraw 50% of deposited amount in this Court. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body has opposed the
957 CA 13732-2023 applications for withdrawal of amount.

In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire 50% amount as directed by the Reference Court along with accrued interest thereon till date subject to filing of undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. All applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of accordingly. 4.
In all application filed for stay, the learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 21/02/2023, in the applications for stay, is confirmed. The applications filed for Stay stand disposed of. 5.
The appeals are Admitted.
