In the judgment dated 6th September 2017, inadvertently appearance of Mr. V.D. Sapkal, learned counsel is shown for all appellants in Criminal Appeal No.192/1999. Appearance of Mr. V.D. Sapkal, learned counsel be shown for appellants No.3 and 5 in Criminal Appeal No.192/1999. Similarly, in cause title of Criminal Appeal No.192/1999, the line "and all are in jail at present" be deleted. Also in the cause title of Criminal Appeals No.469/1999, 186/2000 and 261/2000, after the names of appellants, the words (presently undergoing the term of imprisonment for life in the Nasik Road Central Prison) be deleted.

On page No.58 of the judgment in operative order para (i), after the sentence "The judgment and order passed by Sessions Court, Dhule in Sessions Case No.112/1994 is confirmed", following words be added :

"Accused No.6, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 shall

immediately surrender to their bail bonds before the trial Court to undergo the sentence."

The judgment dated 6th September 2017 be corrected accordingly. Motion for speaking to minutes disposed of.
