The proposal tendered by petitioner-institution in the year 2014 for grant of permission to open school has not yet been decided and as such, petitioner is seeking directions to the respondents for expedite decision on the same. 2.

The proposal tendered by petitioner in the year 2014 cannot be considered for granting permission to open school during the academic year 2017-2018 or 2018-2019. The proposal has to be in tune with the changed policy of the State Government and shall be within the parameters laid down under the Right to Education Act and rules framed thereunder.
