Learned counsel for applicants submits that reasons for delay are mentioned in paragraph no.2 and 3 of the application and he prays for condonation of delay.

For the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.2 and 3 of the application and in the interest of justice, application is allowed. Delay of 490 days caused in filing appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered. 5.

On registration, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 16-07-2025. Mr.Usmanpurkar, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent no.2.
