Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has sought discharge and sent to his client by registeredpost. He said that the registered-post letter has come back with a remark that the addressee was not found on the address. In view of this, the petitioner does not appear to be interested. In view of above, both the appeals stand dismissed for default.
