The petitioner prays that the Hon'ble Minister should decide the revision petition preferred by the petitioner for challenging the order dated 09/03/2020 passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records, Aurangabad, Division Aurangabad, and the order dated 29/08/2017 passed by the learned District Superintendent of Land Records, Latur, as early as possible.

The learned AGP submits that, for the present, the portfolios are yet to be distributed amongst the council of Ministers. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (A) As soon as the concerned Minister takes charge of his portfolio, notices would be issued in the pending revision petition preferred by the petitioner dated 24-08-2020, within three weeks.

(B) After issuance of notice, the concerned Minister would decide the said proceeding as expeditiously as possible, and in any case, within a period of three (3) months. (C) All contentions are kept open.
