The writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution prior to the issuance of notice. The Petitioners did not file the copy of the plaint and the orders passed thereon as directed by this court vide order dated 8th July, 2015. The learned counsel submits that, the same would be filed within a week.

Considering the above, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" on condition that applicant files documents as directed by this court vide order dated 8th July, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 6655 of 2015 within a period of two (2) weeks.
