The delay of 1027 has occurred in filing the appeal by the State. The main cause as has been stated in the application for occurrence of delay is procedural compliances. The contention cannot be outrightly rejected. I am, therefore, inclined to allow these applications though, the learned counsel for the original claimants has strongly opposed for condoning the delay. In the result, the following order is passed:

ORDER

i) The applications are allowed.

ii) The delay caused in filing these appeals is condoned. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

iii) Civil applications for condonation of delay stand disposed of.

iv) On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Shri Tembkar waives notice for respondents i.e. original claimants. Service complete.

v) List all these appeals for final disposal on 21.02.2019. Call record and proceedings.
