The applicants, who are original claimants, are seeking for condonation of delay of 120 days caused in filing appeal seeking enhancement of compensation amount. 02.

The learned Counsel for other side has objected to condone the delay. The applicants have specifically set out the reasons in para 3 of the application. It was a death claim and the applicants are widow and children. Having regard to the nature of the litigation and length of delay, cause canvassed by the applicants cannot be doubted. In view of that the application stands allowed. The delay caused in filing appeal stands condoned. Application is disposed of.
