During speaking to minutes, Mr. R.S.Wani holding for Mr. A.S.Bajaj, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 submits that in the appearance column of the Judgment of this Court dated 08/03/2016, name of Mr. A.S.Bajaj, learned counsel is mentioned as Advocate for the applicants. In fact, Mr. Yousuf Muchhala holding for

2 C.R.A. 159.2012.odt Mr. S.S.Kazi was appearing for the applicants and Mr. Md. Waseemulla, learned counsel was appearing for respondent Nos. 8,9 and 10. But the appearance of these learned counsels is incorrectly shown in the said order. Learned counsel prayed for such correction.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 5, aforesaid correction needs to be made in the appearance column of the Judgment of this Court dated 08/03/2016.
