The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 382 days caused in filing civil revision application. 2.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the limitation period granted to file appeal against the impugned order is three years. The learned Advocate for the applicants also submits that the period from 15/03/2020 to 28/02/2022 be excluded as per order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Misc.App.No.21 of 2022 Misc.App.No.665 of 2021 in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No.3 of 2020, dated 10/01/2022, during the period of limitation during the COVID-19 time.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that if the period is excluded then there would be no delay in filing the present civil revision application.

In view of the contention raised, the delay, if any, is condoned. 5.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
