The learned counsel submits that the petitioners have also surrendered the original tribe certificates with the incorrect spelling with the respondent.

In case, the petitioners have surrendered original tribe certificates with the incorrect spelling and filed online applications with the respondent for issuance of corrected tribe certificates then the respondent shall have to verify original tribe certificates with the incorrect spelling having been issued by his office and, thereafter, issue corrected certificates to the petitioners preferably within three weeks. Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
