Mrs. Kazi, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Grampanchayat Panwadi is now an independent Grampanchayat. The elections are required to be held. The elections of other villages are already held. The elections of village Panwadi are not declared. 2.

We are not going into the legality of the claim made by the petitioners. The respondents are not conducting elections of Grampanchayat, though declared by Collector in December 2020. At this stage, considering the menace of Covid-19 pandemic, we are not inclined to pass orders in the matter.

The petitioners are at liberty to approach the Court after the situation improves and the restrictions are relaxed. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
