The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have given applications for correction of spelling of the tribes in the tribe certificates issued to the petitioners on 15.09.2012.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. for respondents. 3.

The petitioners shall file online applications for correction of spelling of the tribes in the tribe certificates immediately. The petitioners shall surrender the original tribe certificates with the incorrect spelling to the authority.

The authority shall verify the issuance of the tribe certificates with incorrect spelling and if the authority is satisfied that the tribe certificates with incorrect spelling were issued by the office, then the authority shall issue correct tribe certificates to the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date the petitioners surrender the original tribe certificates and file online applications.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
