On account of the Petitioner's complaints, a grievance is voiced before the District Collector, Latur. The said authority has issued communications to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Grampanchayat, Zilla Parishad, Latur and the Executive Engineer, Construction Division, Zilla Parishad, Latur to initiate appropriate steps for removal of encroachment on Government properties.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the District Collector, Latur and the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Latur to initiate steps strictly in accordance with law and by following the due procedure applicable, and deal with the grievance of the petitioner and take the same to a logical end.
