By order dated 07/03/2022, this Court had recorded the statement of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 that the petitioner has passed away three years ago. The learned Advocate for the petitioner was directed to take steps to bring the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner on record by preferring a civil application within 30 days. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he had also issued communication to the wife of the petitioner on 09th of March, 2022 and informed the wife of the petitioner that if she wishes to proceed with the matter, she may pursue the matter. However, the petitioner submits that he has not received instructions from the wife of the petitioner.
