Since Shri Sonawane, the learned Advocate, is on the panel of the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, we requested him to assist the Court and, therefore, he has appeared in the matter. 3.

The Petitioner is willing to tender an online application for considering his request for intra district transfer in the light of his representation dated 22.11.2022. 4.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to apply online as and when the portal is opened and the Zilla Parishad would consider such online application in accordance with the Rules/policies and the Government Resolutions as may be applicable, for the academic year 2024-2025.
