Shantilal Chandulal Borana v. State Of Maharashtra And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD 96 FIRST APPEAL NO. 4361 OF 2016 SHANTILAL CHANDULAL BORANA
VERSUS
STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND ORS
CORAM:
VIJAY S.KULKARNI REGISTRAR (JUDL) DATED:
14/02/2017 1.
Perused record and proceedings. The objection notified by the office is that printing charges and true copies for respondent nos.1 to 3 are not furnished by the appellant till the expiry of the date within which delay can be excused. It is the matter of record that about four chances have been given to the appellant for removing the objection. However, no steps have been taken by the appellant to remove the same. None is present on behalf of the appellant. No leave note is filed for the learned Advocate for the appellant for today's date. All these go to show that the appellant is not really interested in taking steps and to remove the objection. In the result, I pass following order.
ORDER
The appeal stands dismissed for failure to prosecute. REGISTRAR (JUDL) fa4361.16(96)
