The Application tendered by the Petitioner claiming Project Affected Person Certificate in the name of his nephew has not been considered by Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and the application is stated to be pending.

In the facts of this case, this Petition is disposed of with direction to Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to take decision on the application tendered by the Petitioner for issuance of Project Affected Person Certificate, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within SIX WEEKS from today and it is accordingly directed.

With directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
