Heard Mr. Nagargoje, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Deve, learned counsel for respondent no.1 and Mr. Marlapalle, learned counsel for respondent no.2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for respondent no.2 that the petitioner has remedy of Appeal against the order of dismissal.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioner the principles of natural justice were flouted. No fair and proper enquiry was conducted. The regulations governing the parties are flauted by respondent no.2.

All these aspects can be considered by the Appellate Authority.

In light of that, as in-house mechanism is provided for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, we refrain from entertaining the present writ petition.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. 7.

All contentions are kept open.

8.

If the Appeal is filed within a period of 15 days, the same shall be considered within limitation. No costs.
