Pursuant to the order dated 26.4.2016, passed by this Court, Criminal Writ Petition No.476 of 2008 has been dismissed as against the unserved respondent Nos.2 and 3, on 28.4.2016.

Learned Advocate for the applicant prays for recalling of the said order and for issuance of notices to the unserved respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the addresses mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the application. 3.

Learned APP submits that since sufficient time was given to the applicant for serving the unserved respondents, this application deserves to be rejected.

For the reasons set out in the application and in the light of the above, said application is allowed. Applicant shall enter the address of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in the cause title of the Criminal Writ Petition, within two days.

Issue notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 on the new addresses, as mentioned, returnable on 1.7.2016.

Hamdast allowed.
