The petitioners are working as Talathis. The validation proceedings are pending. The petitioners are apprehending action of the non-submission of the validity certificates. 2.

The learned AGPs, on instructions, submit that, the validation proceedings would be decided within six months. 3.

In light of the above, we pass the following order. Gajanan

ORDER

(i) The Scrutiny Committee shall decide the validation proceedings, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioners before it.

(ii) The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 30-07-2021.

(iii) The employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioners only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

(iv) Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
