The learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a pass over to take instructions. It is now submitted that the Petitioner would initiate appropriate steps, either by approaching the Authorities or the appropriate Civil Court for seeking damages and for directions to reconstruct the tin shed. 3.

In view of the above and on instructions of the Petitioner, this Writ petition is disposed off. The Petitioner is at liberty to avail of a remedy as is permissible in law. All contentions are kept open.
