We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Incharge Government Pleader on instructions submits that the grievance raised by the petitioner is under consideration. Even letter is issued to the petitioner on 23.07.2020. In this week, the meeting has been scheduled for allocation of work. 3.

As the grievance of the petitioner is a subject matter of active consideration of the respondent-authorities and the decision is likely to be taken, at present, no order will be necessary. 4.

In case the decision is taken adverse to the interest of the petitioner, then the petitioner would be at liberty to agitate against the same afresh.

The Government may take decision expeditiously. The petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.2.00 lakhs pursuant to the order of this Court dated 14th September, 2020.

As the grievance of the petitioner is under consideration with the Government, we allow the petitioner to withdraw Rs. 2.00 lakhs deposited by the petitioner.
