This Civil Application is filed for seeking extension of six months for completing the proceedings as per the order of this Court passed in Writ Petition. 3.

The learned counsel for the Union opposes the said request on the ground that much time has lapsed. According to Mr. K.B. Chaudhari, the learned counsel for the applicant the Karkhana is not cooperating in the proceedings. The applicant can proceed further in accordance with law.
