Heard Mr. Nagarkar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Mustafa, learned counsel for respondent No.2. 2.

By this application, it has been intimated that the respondent No.1 Abdul Rahim s/o Abdul Karim has passed away on 22.07.2020 leaving behind him Abdul Gani and Sabera Begum as his legal heirs. The application has been filed on 19.08.2020 and is within time.

Mr. Mustafa learned counsel for respondent no.2, has no objection for bringing the legal heirs as named in Civil Application No.5112 of 2020 on record. Civil Application No. 5112 of 2020 is, therefore, allowed.

The legal heirs as named in this application of deceased respondent no.1, be brought on record. Necessary amendment in the cause title be carried out within a week. On such amendment being carried out, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable on 15.07.2021.
