(C) The impugned conditional order dated 13/11/2024 of refusing registration of Writ Petition No.11141 of 2024, passed by this Hon'ble High Court, may kindly be quashed and set aside by restoring the Writ Petition No.11141 of 2024 to its original number and status.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner that due to non-compliance of the office objections, pursuant to the order dated 13/11/2024, passed by this
16-sr913 Court, the Writ Petition came to be dismissed in default and registration was refused.

On hearing learned counsel for the applicant and considering the averments in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), subject to costs of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred), to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, within one week.

Leave to amend the petition.
