Learned A.P.P. informs this Court that the charge sheet is already filed on 17.5.2016. Since the charge sheet is filed long back, we are not inclined to entertain this application. However, it will be open for the applicants to file the application for discharge within two weeks from today before the concerned Court. In case such application is filed, the concerned Court to

crap2491.16 decide the said application as expeditiously as possible, however, within three weeks from the date of filing such application, in accordance with law, in case charge is already not framed. However, we make it clear that in case application is not filed within the stipulated period, liberty granted to the applicants by this order will not be available after expiry of said period.
