" 1) None for the appellant.

2) Record shows that on 24th April, 2017 also none had appeared for the appellant. The record further shows that on 13th June, 2017, the matter was adjourned on request of learned Counsel for the appellant, by way of last chance and thereafter the matter was placed on 4th July, 2017 and thereafter on today's Board. 3) Today also, none has appeared for the appellant. However, in the interest of justice, the matter stands adjourned, by way of last chance, to 13th July, 2017. 4) If the matter is not proceeded with on the adjourned date, necessary orders will follow."

Today also, no one has appeared for the appellant. It seems that the appellant has lost interest in prosecuting the matter further. The Appeal, therefore, stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
