The learned counsel submits that on 23.04.2019 application is given for issuing the corrected tribe certificate i.e. with the correct spelling of the tribe.

The learned Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents and submits that the authority would take decision upon the same on its own merits.

If respondent No.1 has already issued the tribe certificate to the petitioner with incorrect spelling then respondent No.1 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner with the correct spelling of the tribe and in proper

926-wp.5112-19.odt format within one week from today. The petitioner shall tender the original tribe certificate received by him with incorrect spelling to the respondent No.1.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
