This Court has granted ad interim relief to the applicant on 27.6.2018.
The applicant submits that, she was earlier assaulted in Pandharpur. A complaint was lodged with the Police Women Cell. The respondent threatens the applicant that, he would again assault her, if she is seen in Pandharpur. An adult member of the family has to accompany her. Her brother is residing in Pune and is not available to accompany her.

{2} mca 109.18.odt Considering the above, this application, is allowed. HMP No.50/2018 pending before the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pandharpur, Dist. Solapur shall stand transferred to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Beed.
The applicant would appear before the said Court on 5.4.2019. The Court shall issue notice to the respondent for causing his appearance.
